We strive to maintain high standards of health and care for our dogs, and guarantee the health of our puppies at the time of sale. Only health tested dogs will be intentionally bred. Unintentional breeding of health untested dogs is avoided.
BREEDING
We strive to plan each breeding with the paramount intention of improving the breed.
We select the stud dog and brood bitch with an eye to conformation, temperament and working instinct and ability, with a careful study of the breed standard and the principles of genetics.
We do not breed any male or female until they are both physically and mentally mature. We avoid unintentional breeding.
We avoid breeding untested dogs. We avoid breeding excessive number of dogs a year.
We believe that keeping the number of litters to absolute minimum will enable us to focus on each individual puppy, its health and temperament and proper placement in the best home possible.
Before entering into any breeding arrangement, we study the pedigree, conformation and working potential of both the sire and dam, keeping in mind the ideal of the breed. We have an obligation to refuse the breeding if, in our opinion, it is not in the best interest of the breed. As responsible stud dog owners, we understand that should we refuse a breeding, we fully explain our reasons to the owner of the bitch. We believe that only those dogs known to be free of serious or disqualifying defects should be used for breeding.
As responsible breeders, we refrain from using a dog that, although free from serious or disqualifying defects, consistently produces afflicted puppies.
We encourage or require (depending on situation) the buyers of pet quality puppies to spay or neuter them.
RECORDS
We keep accurate records, and retain those records for a minimum of five years.
These records include: stud service contracts, pedigrees, all litters produced and all dogs/puppies sold.
SALES
In sales, we are scanning for proper environment and condition for our puppies; we are very concerned with the type of homes in which they are placed.
Our dogs/puppies will not be sold to dog wholesalers or retailers or individuals who want to engage in illegal behavior such as dog fighting. We also reserve the right to refuse the sale to individuals who may not be able or willing to provide the proper care to our dogs.
We agree to transfer all applicable registration papers at the time the purchase agreement is completed and is agreeable to both parties. We do not discriminate puppy buyers based on age, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, etc. but we do screen for the appropriateness and conditions of a future home for our dogs.
Upon the sale of a dog/puppy, we provide the buyer with a properly executed UKC Registration Certificate (FCI or AKC if applicable), diet record, an inoculation and parasite control record and a health guarantee.
We refrain from releasing any puppy until it is at least eight (8) weeks old. The preferred age is twelve (12) weeks as we believe there is no better care that mommy’s care.
All buyers will receive a contract upon sale.
RESCUE
We realize that in extreme cases, individuals (puppy buyers) may be unable to continue owning/caring for a dog they purchased. We strive to rehome or rescue dogs that need the change of home or owner.
BUYERS
Our buyers are protected by us.
We do not participate in public disputes or discussions about mistakes you may make as you raise your new dog. We are pleased to share your successes (with your permission) but problems are discussed and handled between you (the buyer) and us (the sellers) unless it is your wish to discuss them publicly This is done so that you can comfortably discuss perfectly normal issues and concerns related to raising a dog.

Our advertising of dogs/puppies is factual and honest, both in substance and implication.
